Each Stey Gold set is made to measure for your natural nail beds. While we do not offer traditional returns, we ensure your set fits exactly as it should.

If your nails don’t fit on arrival, we’ll make it right.

One-Time Complimentary Resizing

If your nails don’t fit your natural nail beds, you’re eligible for a one-time complimentary resizing exchange.

We’ll remake the necessary pieces at no additional cost—so your set feels precise, secure, and effortless to wear.

ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a resizing exchange:

  • The nails do not fit your natural nail beds

  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • You provide clear photos showing the fit issue

  • The nails are unused and unglued

If approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps and update your measurements for your remake.

EXCEPTIONS

To maintain the integrity and hygiene of our products, we cannot accept exchanges for:

  • Nails that have been worn, glued, filed, or altered

  • Requests submitted more than 7 days after delivery

  • Changes unrelated to sizing (finish, shape, or design preferences)

  • Custom or one-of-a-kind designs that cannot be resized

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, we’ll take care of it immediately.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll repair, remake, or replace your item as needed.

SIZING & MEASUREMENT

Accurate sizing is essential for a perfect fit.

We recommend using our Sizing Guide or requesting a Sizing Card for the most precise results. These methods ensure your nails feel secure, balanced, and comfortable from the first wear.

COMPLIMENTARY REPLACEMENT

If a nail is ever lost, we offer a one-time complimentary replacement so your set remains complete, exactly as intended.
