All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

By placing an order, you authorize:

  • The full charge to your selected payment method

  • Any applicable taxes and shipping fees

We use third-party payment processors. Stey Gold does not store or process full payment information.

5. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order if:

  • Inventory is unavailable

  • Payment cannot be processed

  • Fraud or suspicious activity is detected

  • Shipping restrictions apply

If an order is canceled after payment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

6. Shipping

We ship orders to the address you provide at checkout. Please ensure your information is accurate; Stey Gold is not responsible for:

  • Misdeliveries due to incorrect addresses

  • Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other external factors

Estimated delivery windows are provided for convenience and are not guarantees.

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because each set of Stey Gold nails is custom-crafted to your unique measurements, all sales are considered final. We do not accept traditional returns or refunds for custom-made items.

Achieving a perfect fit may require a small adjustment. To ensure you receive a flawless fit, we offer one complimentary exchange for resizing under the following conditions:

Complimentary Exchange Eligibility

You may request a one-time exchange if:

  • The nails you received do not fit your natural nail beds

  • You notify us within 7 days of delivery

  • You provide clear photos showing the fit issue

  • The nails are unused, unworn, and in their original condition

Once approved, we will remake your set at no additional cost. You may be responsible for return shipping depending on your location.

Complimentary Replacement

In addition to resizing support, we offer a one-time complimentary replacement for a lost nail. This is provided to maintain the completeness of your set and may require verification of your original order.

EXCEPTIONS

  • Exchanges after the complimentary one-time remake

  • Requests made outside of the 7-day window

  • Nails that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Requests for changes unrelated to fit (color, shape, design, or style preferences)

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist you.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including product designs, photographs, text, graphics, logos, videos, and packaging—is the exclusive property of Stey Gold or its partners.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, copy, or distribute any content

  • Use our trademarks, product names, or ideas without written permission

  • Create derivative works of our visual or verbal identity

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
